- Product Descriptions: We sell buttons and accessories for clothes. We attempt to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your screen display will perfectly match the actual product color.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include delivery fees unless specified.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
3. Payment and Delivery
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through the methods specified at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD) or digital bank transfers.
- Shipping: Delivery is handled within Karachi and other specified regions using third-party courier services. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Special Returns and Exchange Policy
Due to the bulk and wholesale nature of garment accessories, we enforce a strict policy for damages:
- Timeframe: Customers must report defects and request a return or exchange within three (3) days of receiving the delivery. Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.
- Bulk Damage Threshold: A return or exchange will only be approved if eighty percent (80%) or more of the total buttons in the shipment are verified as damaged or defective.
- Exclusions: Individual damaged pieces or minor defects affecting less than 80% of the shipment do not qualify for any refund, return, or exchange.
- Shipping Fees: If a return or exchange meets the 80% damage criteria, Buttonwali will cover the return delivery costs. The customer is not responsible for paying return shipping charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Buttonwali owns the intellectual property rights for all material, images, designs, and text on buttonwali.com. You may view and print pages for your personal shopping use only. You must not republish, sell, or duplicate our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Buttonwali will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, losses, or delivery delays arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the products purchased through it.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively in the courts of Karachi.
